one world, one heart

i have been waiting for this to come around......and do my first give away! I am going to start off by sending someone out there one of my crosses...."key to my faith".. I have them in an antique shop in leipers fork, tn called neena's antiques and the green wagon, in nashville,tn. they have been doing really well, and i am so excited. about a month ago paula deen came to town and i gave her one.............

this is her beautiful face as she looked at it. she said it was her "new favorite treasure"! and she promised me that i would see her wearing it!

so now you can wear one too.....

the necklace is made out of an old key and bits and pieces of old jewelry and infused with light and love......

just leave a comment here and on february 15th i will pick a winner! of course i will put all of your names in my favorite gypsy bag and draw the lucky winner! once we have 100 comments i will add another treasure and then draw 2 names and so on and so forth...till who knows what!

hi and welcome to my new blog!
I have been blogging for a few years as "pretty pink tiara" and it was ok ....then as "brenda bliss" and that was ok....and i may go back there someday...
but i want more. i want to let loose and be me.
i have never liked my first name...so why would brenda bliss work? i love bliss! but just don't think that i can answer to that. so i have started this blog "the glitzy gypsy" 'cause i am a wanna be gypsy...i want to travel and peddle my art and teach, and i love big flowing skirts and shirts...and can i talk about jewelry...a gypsy can never have too much jewelry. Can she? and anyone who knows me--well i love glitter and rhinestones and anything glitzy! so there ya have it...
and that's how i create, a little bit gypsy and a little bit glitzy....
so there is my story...the real me
and until i find a name i really like (i love betsy, but we shall see) i'm just gonna sign stuff "gg" (ya know, glitzy gypsy)
